What I Did: Supported classroom routines, encouraged students to stay focused, and helped teachers with preparation and daily needs.
Skills Used: Patience, communication, responsibility, encouragement.
Outcome/Learning: Learned that leadership is not only about taking charge, but also about helping others grow.
