Urban Youth Farmer Initiative

Context: A hands-on leadership and community agriculture program at Efinity Harvest Farm.
My Role: Junior Farm Manager and youth leader.
What I Did: Helped lead youth teams during farm days and market operations, supported customer service, assisted with hydroponic and soil-based growing systems, and contributed to event setup and site upkeep.
Skills Used: Leadership, teamwork, communication, responsibility, agriculture, customer engagement.
What I Learned: This experience showed how leadership means being dependable, helping others stay organized, and contributing to something bigger than yourself.
